How much do the dance classes cost?

Prices

How do I enroll in the classes?

You can enroll in our courses through the member service (myClub). You can find the link in the upper right corner. When registering for the first time, create a user account for yourself. Once you have created the account, you can log in and edit your own memberships there. More information can be found here.

Enrollment

I’m not sure if I want to continue with the course. Can I try it again?

Unfortunately, you can only try the same course once. If you don’t want to commit to a semester fee, you can always buy, for example, a 5x serial ticket.

Prices

Do I have to report all my absences to the office?

Single absences do not need to be reported to the office, you can do it yourself directly on myClub at the course event. Only course cancellations should always be done by e-mail to toimisto@vantaankatutanssi.fi.

myClub

My child doesn’t want to attend the classes anymore, what do I do?

You cannot cancel your participation verbally to e.g. the dance teacher or do it yourself in myClub. By not going to the classes anymore is not considered a cancellation if participation has not been canceled by email toimisto@vantaankatutanssi.fi.

Therefore please send us an email. If your child has only attended the classes one time, we do not charge the course or the membership fee. After the first class, cancellation must be made before the next class (same course). In other situations, please read our cancellation terms. The fees will be charged accordingly.

Studio VKTY

Liesitori 1 (2nd floor)

Directions: The studio locates on the 2nd floor of Iso-Myyri shopping center, right next to the Pelastusarmeija flea market. Outside of the shopping mall’s opening hours, you can enter and leave the building only from a separate door that can only be opened by our personnel.

Accessibility: You can get to the 2nd floor by an elevator from the A and B stairs of Iso-Myyri, but not from the main entrance. You can drive close to the entrance and the nearest parking lot approx. 50 meters away. There is a disabled parking spot next to the entrance at Vaskivuorentie, where you can park for a half an hour. The building has low thresholds. No accessible toilets available.

Kilteri School

Kilteri School gym

Directions: Please use the entrance from Iskospolku. Each group has their own door code that should not be given to anyone outside the group.

Accessibility: The gym is at street level and has a separate entrance. You can drive by car approx. 5 meters from the door, the nearest parking lot approx. 50 meters away. The school has low thresholds.

Kilteri School multipurpose gym

Directions: Please use the main entrance of the School . Each group has their own door code that should not be given to anyone outside the group.

Accessibility: The gym is at street level and the nearest parking lot is approx. 10 meters away.

Myyrmäki sports hall

Directions: Please use the main entrance of the sports hall. The gymnastics halls are found in the 2nd floor.

Accessibility: By the entrace, the thresholds are low. The doors can be opened with an electronic button. You can get to the second floor by a stairlift. An accessible toilet is available.

Directions: Please use the entrance by the E wing parking lot.

Accessibility: Two disabled parking spots are located outside more than 10 meters from the entrance. The width of the parking space is less than 3.6 m. The access route to the entrance is flat and sufficiently wide and lit. The facility has an accessible toilet on the same floor as the entrance.

Liesikuja dance hall

Directions: The entrance to Liesikuja 5 is next to the entrance to Wanda’s restaurant. Next to the front door is a sign saying “Vaskivuoren lukion tanssisali” and the front door says, among other things, Lääkäriturva. The front door is open until 8 p.m. on weekdays, on weekends the teacher lets dancers in through the front door. After the front door, you go through a covered courtyard to other doors, behind which are elevators and a staircase. Take the stairs or take the elevator down one floor. From the downstairs staircase / elevator lobby, you can access the dance hall’s dressing rooms and waiting area with a door code. The door code is only provided to class participants.

Liito

Lummetie 2b B

Directions: Due to construction work in Tikkurila, access to Liito is slightly more restricted than usual. Coming from Tikkurila train station, walk along platform 1 to the intersection of Ratatie and Lummetie. Turn from Lummetie onto Kirjasola and walk to the end of the building. The entrance to Liito is at the end of the building.

Kottby grundskola

Directions: Go around to the other side of the building from Pohjolankatu. The entrance to the multi-purpose room is at the end of the building.
