Paying with Sports Benefits
Instructions for paying with Employee Benefits
With us you can use Edenred, ePassi and Smartum as a payment method to pay for the dance classes.
Employee Benefits are allowed only for personal use. Please make the payment only once you have received an invoice from us.
If it is not possible to add a reference number to the payment, please let us know by email toimisto@vantaankatutanssi.fi that which one is the invoice you wish to cover.
Please make sure you pay the correct amount as we don’t refund overpayments.
Edenred Virike benefit
With us you can pay with MyEdenred app if you have Edenred Virike benefit. You can also pay with the Edenred vouchers but please contact us beforehand as we don’t have office staff regularly at our studio.
Make sure to use the invoice reference number if possible.
Paying with MyEdenred app, click “Create mobile payment”, find the place of use with name Vantaan Katutanssiyhdistys ry, and add the value and confirm. Once you have made the payment in the app, take a screenshot of the payment and send it via email to toimisto@vantaankatutanssi.fi.
ePassi Sport benefit
With us you can pay with ePassi app if you have ePassi Sports benefits.
Make sure you use the invoice reference number if possible.
When paying with ePassi app, find the place of use Vantaan Katutanssiyhdistys ry, add the value and conifrm the payment with a swipe. Once you have made the payment in the app, take a screenshot of the payment and send it via email to toimisto@vantaankatutanssi.fi.
Smartum Sports benefit
With us you can pay with SmartumPay app if you have Smartum Sports benefits. You can also pay with the vouchers but please contact us beforehand as we don’t have office staff regularly at our studio.
