Studio Rental
Members of the association can rent our two dance studios in Myyrmäki for their own practice when the studios are not in use. Both studios have mirrors, a sound system and mattresses. Read the booking and usage instructions and ask for more information if necessary. Welcome to practice!
Booking and cancellation terms
Both the person who booked as well as everyone who is using the booking have to be VKTY members. This is due to factors like taxing and organization law. Anyone can sign up as a member of VKTY and membership doesn’t require attending our weekly dance classes. So you may sign up as a member only in order to book our studio classes. The membership fee is 30€/year.
The activities organised by VKTY is always prioritized over the independent bookings. Thus, sometimes we may need to cancel bookings. We will make possbile cancellations latest 3 days before the booking.
We do not hand out keys to the studios for individual use. The studios can be booked at times when a staff member is already there to open the doors. For questions and matters related to room reservations, please contact tilavaraukset@vantaankatutanssi.fi.

Renting the studio requires a membership. The membership covers both the Autumn and Spring seasons.

Studio 1 or 2 - 30 min
Studio 1 or 2 - 60 min
Studio 1 or 2 - 90 min
Studio 1 or 2 - 120 min
Booking the studios
Reservations are made for 30 minutes at a time, so if you want to book a longer shift, make multiple reservations. Reservations can only be made for shifts that are open in the calendar and currently there are shifts only to studio 2. The person making the reservation must be a VKTY member and the reservation fee is invoiced through myClub.
